EA Contact
I really need an AVI to VQA convertor, and I decided that I had nothing to lose by asking EA. So, my question for today is, who could I contact at EA who might be able to give me such a tool. Don't try and tell me "No, they'd never do that, there's no point in even trying!" because there's no point in not trying either. _________________ QUICK_EDIT

You already emailed Aaron. Good luck, although I don't know if you'll really get that tool. I think we've previously asked Eric Gooch, who made the movies and he said he didn't had or couldn't provide the tool... I don't remember anymore... _________________

Are you sure? I remember that he was asked for the official voxel convertor, but I don't remember anything about VQAs... Also, that was a very long time ago, and now EA doesn't even have C&C or Red Alert under their list of copyrighted games... _________________ QUICK_EDIT

about technology that is somewhat ancient. However, for Generals and RA2
we used a program called Bink which MAY help you, I'm not sure, but its
worth a shot.
Use the Bink compressor which can be found at www.radgametools.com .
There might be some other things there to, I don't know.
I can ask a few others, but I'm doubting I'll find much more since it is
so ancient. Hope this helps.
