[3.3x] MDI New Window closure bug.

QUICK_EDIT Attach signature (signatures can be changed in profile) close

Description:


Once you open a file, click on new window and close the new window, all the menu options for opened files disappeared and programs provides you a 'Houston! We've got a problem' when you close the original SHP file.



Consequences:


If you try to open a file with the original SHP still opened, you can get access violations and other random behaviour of the program.

Yea, some minor problem on my list logic. It's fixed on 3.35.
