evry time i try to change pcx file into a shp then edit it and save it, it doesnt open it after wards just says ''shp editor 3.35 cant open this file''
and the shp to pcx converter doesnt work at all.

im trying to make a new skin for ra2 so this is causing quite a problem!

There are good and crappy modders on every modding site, including on this one. I've missed your post due to the hacking events that happened with the Revora server few days before, sorry.

Post a sample of the SHP that you've saved here, so I can try to figure out what's going on with it.

ohh lolz i abandoned the project because of the bug , but im gona start it up again cause i really wanna get it done and a lot of other people do too.
so when it reoccurs ill post the file here..

the other question is why do i have to add 0000 to the end of a file b4 it can be imported to the shp editor?

you have to add 0000, if you are importing an animation (multiples images in one SHP). If you want to import a single image, you can uncheck the option to 'View Only The First File Of The Package' and, in this case, you don't need the 0000 in the end.
