I Need Help!!!!!
Subject description: I'm new and need help on making a mod map. (I think)
I'm totaly confused. I keep playing other people on maps that have lika infinant power if you build one power plant and like 100000 credits per minute if you capture an oil derrick.
I want to make my own map like this but I cant seem to figure out how to do this type of stuff.
How can I make these "mods" to my map??? QUICK_EDIT
look into your rules.ini and find the entry for the powerplant. change its power to power=5000. I'll bet that's all the power you'll need. as for the cash influx, I forgot.... sorry, I haven't modded RA2 in months and I forgot the entry QUICK_EDIT
Download the XCC utilities and open up XCC Mixer. Search around the RA2 part and extract the rules.ini. Search for [CAOILD] I think it is and change the parts for the cash flow to:

Its under General. Just do Ctrl + F and search for: "; income and production"
