After a hard discussion and listening to the opinion of the forum members, we've made some changes in the forums:

- The TS: Advanced Tech Center and RA2: Battle Lab which were threatened to be extinct will be kept.
- The Offtopic forums and Game Chat forums were merged.

So, to stop the silence at the TS:ATC and RA2:BL, we gonna start a lot of researchs quite soon and the main research will be the "Encyclopedia". Remember that you can also start public researchs in these forums by posting them.
