im not sure if i should be giving any tips since i cant make a good map according to everyone here but there is alot of blank spots, try filling thoes spots with more rocks, trees, and hills.

well by looking at your pic of pics here is my review:

positives:
-looks pretty good for a beginner mapper.
-i like the city and that small village of huts. nice for garrisoning.
-the idea is nice

Negatives:
-in some areas your water looks a bit blocky from the pics and the minimap
-it could be detailed a bit more

Suggestions:
-like he said above me use more cliffs and hills. but use them in good places.
-use more trees especially in the RA2/YR enviroment. its suppose to be (especially in that theatre) very lush and green.
-use more varied LAT. (LAT = the grass,dark grass, sand and so on.) its a little boring if all we see is just some normal green grass with a few things of other LATs here and there and with nothing like trees around.
-your slope sets dont have to be placed right next to each other like that. you can place them somewhat away from each other to give more realistic slopes climbing into the cliffs.

i believe thats all i have for now as im only basing this off of the pics as i dont have time to dl and look in FA2. sorry.

BTW where are the player start locations cause i dont see the red indicators on that minimap Confused
