THE BATTLEFIELD (ra2)

No pictures ofcourse but its basicly a battlefield. there is just one thing in ini rules and its the seal. i think seals are cool so i added him in. again sorry i dont have pictures and flame if you wish, just tell me what i can do to make it better.

why is it so hard to add pictures?

EDIT: this is the way you can take pictures

when you are playing press the print screen button on the keyboard go out of the game then open paint then find the button paste then you will see that the picture then save it as JPG,PNG or something but not BMP

1. WAY Too many craters
2. Absolutely flat. Add some creativity.
3. Trees on sand just can't exist.

ok, what? um, print pictures? you confused me to. also ill fix the flatness and move the trees but the craters, will its a battlefield T_T theres craters.

ok what Tore meant is that you do do this to take pics

Step 1: get ingame with your map and find the thing you want a picture of.
Step 2: there is a button on your keyboard (or at least there should be) that should say something like Print Scr. press that and it will save a copy of your screen as it is on to the clipboard.
Step 3: Open up something such as MS Paint and hit Ctrl + V (AKA the shortcut to paste copied things) this will paste the image that you wanted into Paint
Step 4: Save that image as Jpeg or PNG preferably PNG as it has better quality.
Step 5: post it here via the attachments Razz

or if you want to take several Screenshots at one time as that method only allows for one at a time then do this.
1-Find the shortcut key for screen shot capturing ingame. I do believe it is Shift+S though.
2-find the things you want to take a screenshot of and press that when over them.
3-when out of game use a program such as Ifran View to open these screenshots which will appear in PCX format in your RA2/YR folder.
4-when you open each on in Ifran or other such program save them as a jpeg or PNG
5- post them Razz

i hope that is more understandable for you.

unfortunately i do not have the time to be looking at RA2/YR maps right now so i cant dl them. maybe ill take a look some other time and give you some pointers. Smile
