why don't you read tutorials, and look around in other forums, cause im sure you will find something........
otherwise you need a modeling program, most people use Gmax....
I on the other hand use 3DS, i prefer it over Gmax..
you need the final big editor, or any other one that can open .BIG files
the .BIG files contain all the games content (3D models,Textures,INI files)
extract the .INI files, which are the files that contain data for everything
(units,armor,weapons,particle systems,etc...)
