Missing Colors
I just downloaded the newest VSE III 1.37, and when I tried to recolor a voxel of mine, I noticed a bug. The colors don't show up on the boxes where they should be ("Replace color" and "With color"). As you can see from the picture I attached to this post, I have selected a color from the blue bar to be replaced with a color from the remap bar, but both boxes don't show the color.

I use XP and the colours work perfectly here. So far, I have no idea of how it could happen on your machine. I'll take a look at the source code and see if there is any possibility of something going wrong... QUICK_EDIT
It has nothing to do with theme. The program may behave differently if you are viewing the normals instead of colours, but even that situation worked fine here... QUICK_EDIT

It's a problem with some dlls in your windows.
Let's recap:
-> It paints the palette panel correctly.
-> When you move over the panel or click it, it detects the correct colour number.
-> The picture above was taken with Spectrum -> Colours.
-> The mouse up and over executes.
-> Therefore the command that tells that the colour of the panel of the palette colour, replace and with receive the instruction to be updated (because, the numbers on nearby labels are updated).
-> The instruction to change the colour of the panel receives the correct number (between 0 and 255).
-> And, since it's on Spectrum -> Colours, all it does it to get the colour from the current voxel palette, declared in Palette.pas, the same palette used to paint palette.
So, I really have no idea of what could be wrong on VXLSE III to not show up the colours there. You could even have low RAM, low video memory or screwed up windows DLL... QUICK_EDIT

The ones that every Delphi application uses plus the OpenGL one.
@Yuri o07: Re download VXLSE III 1.37 and see if it's really happening. One of the revisions had a change in a function that affects the colour that shows up (as well as the colour that the render uses)... QUICK_EDIT
