Are you talking about how long the power takes to recharge?

If so it is probably in the rules.ini

Please choose out one of these options:
-you want to change the recharge time of the paradrops
-you want to change the speed of the paradrop plane
-you want to change the speed of dropping paratroopers
-you want to change the type of infantry dropped
Please choose one of these options, or help will be minimal Rolling Eyes
