I was wanting to try to make a generals mod using the unused objects in generals, how ever i have never modded a 3D game before or made a sucsesfull map.

what i want to do
first off i would like to make the us POW truck buildable to the usa what would i need to do other than editing the commandset.ini (ive done this already)

secondly what .ini would i be able to edit to remove the tunnle networks gun.

PS are there any other hidden tanks or units or buildings other than the china and GLA POW truck, walls and gla prision center?

Have you read my tutorials in the generals section Smile? If not, I strongly suggest it.

Anyways, To get the unit buildable, you need to mod the prerequisite (under the unit's file) the commandset, and the commandbuttion.

The tunnel gun would be under the buildings specific ini.

You'll need for edit units and structures:
INI/Object/Factionbuildings.INI
INI/Object/(related unit/faction).INI
INI/Command Set.INI
INI/Command Button.INI

Should you wish to use a new weapon for any units
then use the Weapon.INI
And if you need to make new names then you'll need to edit the string file
(Langauge .e.g English).csf
