One type of tile used, yes.
Lack of effort, yes.
To be perfectly honest, from the previews shown this map has to be one of THE most unatractive maps I've ever seen in a long time. There is no effort put into detailing, buildings / civilians are just around the map in random places which looks stupid. There is no good base layout, an unfair fight, no effort put into triggers and even the lighting is unchanged. These are the kind of maps you'd make it you was completely new to both mapping and trigger work which I know you're not. Lighting should be changed, but on Urban maps its not that big of a deal as sometimes the default can look good (not in this case), detailing is obviously important, I'm not going to go into how to make detailing better and what it is you've done wrong as it'd take me forever and what-not.

In Breif: No effort what-so-ever, this shouldn't even be in the Map Archive.

Does EA give you money for making maps? You see? That's the difference between a professional and an amateur. Harharharharharhar.

Uhm, but anyone with sense of artistry will automatically try and detail their map as much as possible. It doesnt matter if youve mapped before, or how much.

Amateurs love what they do, professionals usually don't give a shit, they do it and their done. Amateurs take their time, and get it done right, down to the last detail, usually.
