Hey in PSP how do you get a pcx to change when you have the correct pallette in? i just tried to load the CY and i tried all the palettes i had and it doesn't work. all the palettes i used were TS palettes so its not like i'm using the wrong one. Please help me, cause i'm so darn confused

Hmm.. well to get the pallette that you want is that you do this

1st- Say you want the unitsno.pal, extract something which uses that pallette in XCC, convert it to .pcx(single) or .pcx, will do...

2nd- Now open the image.pcx that you extracted earlier in PSP

3rd- Now in PSP while you're still looking at that image.pcx Select Colors->Save Palette(IIRC) save in .pal(jasc)

Do the same thing for different pallete like animations or cameos...

Now you can apply the pallete to any image in PSP by selecting Load Pallete ->Choose the appropriate pallete...

If you dont understand what i'm saying, i think you should read a tutorial on doing that, I think XCC's site have it..

i think i might know why. Since i don't have TS installed, when i extracted it it came out black(thats what it looked like in xcc mixer), and so now i can't see it like normal. all right thats the big prob. thanks guys i think i know what to do now
