When I tried to Edit the Rulez.ini to make him buildable it doesnt let me. Do I need to enable Doubleowned=yes? or what

The filename is rules.ini and there is no tag called "Doubleowned=yes". Why do you want to enable the commando when he is already trainable? :/ Though you could remove the build limit for him allowing you to train as many commandos you like as it was in C&C1....

Yeah well i build it and it doesnt allow him to be built Ive played it long enuf to figure that out. Im very familair with the tech tree.

Just tried it out. After building the Advanced Comm Center or Temple of Nod, you CAN build it. If you have a Barracks of Hand of Nod, of course.
