Is there an easy way to repaint the vehicle's skin? I don't want to change the shape, only the skin. So I want to re-texture it.

yes. You can use any voxel editor, load the pallete and re colour all parts of the voxel that needs recolouring...

Basically you can do it the hard way, and open voxel editor, and edit all the colors by hand. Or depending on if you are 'capable' of understanding how to use the 'Copy as PCX' feature in XCC, then open the frames in photoshop/psp edit the colors, aply the correct palette again, save, and Copy as Voxel again in XCC without making a hard to avoid mistake that will ruin the voxel (working around this setback can be difficult your first couple tried but youll figure it out)...

LOL stop this and give the guy some help. Me personally i recoulered many voxels by hand but i guess it a stupid way, as i've seen other people doing it smarter (pallette change) like the TSR peeps.

Seriously, I just open up the voxel and change the textures layor by layor, tedious but simple.

I'm still wondering how the TSR guys did the deploy animation for the nod Deployable Sensor Array. It's about 60 frames and the colors are perfect.

They may have used JASC Image Robot.

PhotoShop probably also has tools that would be helpful in doing recolors like that.
