I like the turret design especially, but methinks it's just too dark and the barrel would have normals issues being only one pixel wide.

RA2 is renowned for making voxels glow ingame, the brightness would not be the biggest problem
IMO, the downfall of all these voxels is the detail. Too much makes the voxel a blob of pixels ingame, while if a few minor details were not there altogether then the vehicle would look very good.

When you kill that glow in rulesmd.ini, the darkness becomes an issue.

ExtraUnitLight=0 ;this makes them shiny
