Display Resolutions

Mkay, i need some info, cant find it elsewhere...

I need wide screen alternatives to each resolutions;

Standard Widescreen
640x400 ?
640x480 ?
800x600 ?
1024x768 ?
1280x1024 ?

depends if you want 16:9 or 16:10. IMO 16:10 is better.

Whats more commonly used?

16:10 used to be used more, but manufacturers have been switching to 16:9 recently

1280x800
1024x640
1920x1080
1920x1200
2560x1600
1400x900

@D2, mkay, so how would i work out what is the equal of 4:3 in 16:9?

@Dupl3xxx, Im after the equal of the resolutions i posted, not a list of wide screen resolutions as a whole...

640x400 ?
640x480 = 720x480?
800x600 =1024x600?
1024x768 =1280x768?

I the reason i need to know is that the RA high resolution patch will allow upto 1024x768 really, and a wide screen option too so the game is not stretched.
