Waterfalls in the New Urban Theater

In the New Urban theater, only the waterfall that faces to the southwest animates correctly.

I was wondering if I could use FA2's INI Editor to swap the image for the waterfall that faces the southeast with it's temperate counterpart. It seems like it can be done, seeing as they are identical.

Any help would be appreciated.

Note: I want to do this with absolutely no terrain expansions or modifications to the actual game.

Its not possible IIRC since you need to associate the correct animation with the tile in the theatremd.ini file. Just slap [TX] before the name of your map and call it a day if its for public release.
