It fires automatically. Also, all the civilian buildings are gone on the map...
I imported a map and kept all the houses, so I assume they would still be there, but no they arent.
You mean you made an action that disable the trigger itself? It is not possible, the action would stop the trigger only if it is looping, but if it is looping the action would make it stop on the first run. Plus if you want to disable the first action you have to stop the trigger before it and not after.
I don't know for civilian buildings, maybe some other trigger that destroy them.
To change the house of a base (if you mean this by the first issue) you have to make the trigger owned by the base and as action All Change House->House of the player. QUICK_EDIT
