1. Can the whole build up style of TS and red alert be used? Without a construction unit and or scafolding.

2. Can you make a ressuply unit that supplies ammo for units with ammo?

3. Is it possible to make harvesters like in TS and RA. That comes the ground picking up resources.

4. Can you make borrowing units?

1. see allstar generals for closest thing going and/or talk to dutchy

2. no. you could possibly make a unit with a radius that emits something that gives units a status that could change their weapon, thus only being able to fire when in that area if you do it right. Only thing that needs another thing to reload is aircraft, so look into that.

3. Yes, I don't know how.

4. Yes, look at IC's transforming units, but with a locomotor with a negative value.

Anyways, for 3): look at the Tiberian Dawn Redux mod. They have working Tiberium (sort of), and working Harvesters.

WAIT! I just saw the TDR mod on ModDB. WTF the mod is using a different shader for the graphics or something. Is the shader or whatever it is up for download anywhere?

It's a GTA 3 shader iirc. Ask the TDR crew for it, they'll most likely link it to you Wink

No I don't need them. Generals is fine for my mod. These qyestions are just there for me to know my limits. Thus there being less chance in me wasting my time with something and in turn causing me not to finnish.
