Some skirmish / multiplayer maps in Reform will feature a crashed Scrin spacecraft. These hulks are more than just eye-candy - if a player manages to search the crash site with an engineer, they can recover and activate a single hibernating alien walker. Though the cost and time of doing so is extremely high as the technology is completely foreign to humans. No one is sure whether they are living beings or machines, or a combination of both. One thing is certain - these monsters are more powerful than anything man has ever developed before.

Great! I like maps with surprises, in fact, that's what I'm doing in my mod.
