Also, you don't have a WeaponCount set neither. First, why have 3 weapons if your using the same weapon on all three? Secondly, I think your turrets arent changing because your missing some tags? I mean shouldnt there be a turretindex or something to tell what turret it should change too?
like maybe these for exampl;

TurretIndexes are only used by Gunner logic. At PassengerTurret=yes, the passengers themselves are the turret index.
