But I know ice is only available in snow terrain.

That would be a great idea but the last post confirms that Ice is snow only so..did the swamp LAT in TS affect passing units or was it just for detail? Maybe adding some kind of water tile that slows passing units much like ore/tiberium and even poisonous to infantry swimming through (tiberium damage logic is possible in RA2 right?)

I said it could potentially be used as such if ice actually would work on temperate maps, but I also mentioned I never actually tried it.

Also, no. Tiberium can't damage infantry in RA2 (yet).
