Hi, I'm new to map editing. This is my first map that I made and I called it Zephras Islands. It have Three big islands. Played it with some of TS players on the internet and they loved it. Thought that I would post my map on this forum Very Happy

I updated Zephras Islands!!! I added some more trees, water caves and the green slimes cliffs. I also made the cliffs look more "natural".

Zephras Islands have been updated too.

You should use different kinds of ground (Rough and Desert) and terrain objects (Trees, Rocks, etc), or the map becomes kinda blank (Well, even some westwood maps lacked on these). Also the cliffs should be more random and natural.

And blue light is ugly, but that's probably just for me Razz

Oh lol.

And yeah I gotta work on cliff as well too. Probably I will make Zephras Islands Remix when I get back on my computer. I'm working on 2 new maps. (Both 2 players maps)

I see cliff errors (shadow error anyway). And one tile seems to be placed over and over again, which makes it a bit ugly. Additional, it seems too straight forward.
Sorry, if you changed it already, but if you did, please update the pictures Wink

Ah, another thing. The ground's too flat and too monotone at times

Layout is nice, but it needs to be more organic in the cliff design and terrain.

Yeah, I was wondering how do I make Fona appears on that map? Does it need to be on a special terrain to make it appear or anything? Cuz I was testing it the other day and it didnt appeared, so i deleted them.

the red one shows the repeated cliffs and the cliff error/shadow error
The other one shows a repeated road tile, which doesnt look right
