sounds basic, inexperienced and full of 4 step guided along with very short repetitive loops which don't vary more than 3 tonal height's.
the mixing is off on a few of them in very odd places, if you like what you do countinue and look what you can do, don't be afraid to experiment and gain more knowledge of your sequencer, there's a whole lot more you can get out of it than writing 3 notes and pasting them over and over in the playlist.

I make them with FL Studio 10, yeah some of them are monoton. Hmm maybe I have some better examples on my HD. I am no professional, did this tracks for fun.

well if you make a public mod and if you intend to have your tracks on it and even for your own enjoyment, improving yourself is always something to aim for?

oh and monotony can be an interresting element, in fact i know some tracks right of the bat that are very monotone and rather bleak but the right mixing and instruments made the difference along clever arrangements.
