AI project
Greetings!
I recently decided to start an AI mod for red alert 3,ok?
So I open my skirmish AI folder in RA3 mod sdk and I saw ALOT of AI xmls regarding their coding and such.
But as I began exploring these files and right now im familiar with them ,I ran across of a few unclear things.
So I have A BUNCH of questions:
1.If I want to make or edit a build order, I would have to edit either soviet,allied , or japan opening moves.xml?
2.Regarding micromangment, how do I set witch units does a certain AI prefers?
3. For example if want to make an AI build more shogun battleships witch file do I need to edit?
4.How do modify the AI's special ability use?
5.In the AI personalities xml, in the unit preferences section, what do the offensive and deffensive modifiers do?
i.e:"JapanNavyScout" OffensiveModifier="2.0" DefensiveModifier="2.0"/>
Thats it for now, and please give any details possible.
