I was trying to use the map editor that came in the TI folder that I downloaded, but when I tried opening it it said TibSun.mix could not be loaded. How do I fix this?

Open up the TI folder, and inside the folder that contains the map editor, open FinalSun.ini in wordpad.

Under [TS], edit the line to reflect the location of TI.

For example, mine is "Exe=C:\Users\Christopher\Desktop\TI\TI_Launcher.exe" because my TI folder is located on my desktop.

Hope that helped!

EDIT: If yours is on your desktop too, just copy and paste the location of my TI and replace my name with your username and replace the line under [TS] with that and it should work as well.

Probably registry entry.

The directory path you set in the .ini must contain the .exe AND TibSun.Mix.

Is that right?

No, only the EXE name like: "C:\Westwood\Tiberian Sun\SUN.EXE", though in registry that does not matter (adding SUN.EXE), so it might not matter here either.

The problem might be in his registry.
