Mental Omega 3.0 Released
Furthering the Red Alert 2 legacy, Mental Omega builds on what was established by Westwood Studios and expands upon the conflict between the Allies, Soviets, and Yuri's Epsilon. Enhanced with the powerful Ares DLL, Mental Omega 3.0 strives to bring new features to Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 Yuri’s Revenge while maintaining a strong sense of gameplay balance. Mental Omega 3.0 continues where the first Red Alert left off and branches out into an expanded universe with brand new missions for all three factions.
Mental Omega 3.0 requires a working installation of Red Alert 2 & Yuri's Revenge to be played. All releases (original 2001 release, The First Decade, The Ultimate Collection etc.) are compatible with it.

More than 10 years had to elapsed that I could see/feel the big soviet invasion (with tanks, landing crafts, kirovs...) ingame what I saw in RA2 intro.

Looks awesome. I'll probably download and set it up when I get back from my trip next week.
Also glad you could make use out of some of my maps. Should be interesting to see how you guys converted them over. and maybe now that it's released I'll eventually get off my lazy arse and make a MO specific map or two...eventually...maybe. For me it isn't, but personally I am amazed to see CnCNet statistics. If anything, that IS good.

It was released earlier then I expected (for me, Friday night instead of Saturday). All I can say: the AI is a bitch to fight. Or I'm just getting old

Congratulations on the release. I know I wasn't of any real help in beta, my interest changes rather suddenly sometimes, but it's good to see that at least some people were. QUICK_EDIT

I know, I can read, but they still got that evil bug where it says "Insert Yuri's revenge CD", which means it don't accept the FD CD yet...
I have all 3 versions of Yuri's the 2 disc, TFD, Ult collection.......2 work on XP, ME, Vista & Win 7 (not putting Ult on XP).....never had to do anything other than run as admin. I never had to change any compatibility modes. The only thing with no CD mode, i have to have some kind of CD in the drive to get the game to work. _________________ I am authorized to send out the TMP Studio, PM ME IF YOU WANT IT And check this out, these were sent to me for help with terrain and zdata help along with TMP Studio/Builder
That's an issue that happened in some RA1 no-cd patches too. They patched the game so it still requires a CD in the drive, it would just accept every CD. QUICK_EDIT
