RA2/YR Infantry Remaster Pack
Subject description: Soylent Green is people!
Most are basic edits or tweaks. You'll have to figure out their new sequences,etc. This Pack assumes your basically fixing up the Infantry. These can be used as a base for editing the original ones. Others are just quick scripting of the black to shadows.
- Fixed Tesla Trooper Walk Sequence and added Charging Frames
- Arctic Version for Tanya
- GI & Initiate fixed "Muzzle Fire"
- New Yuri Attack Dog Graphics
- Allied,Soviet & Yuri Engineer Graphics, (Includes Amphibious Frames)
- Fixed the Giant Squid's Missing Remap
- Fixed the T-Rex's Shadows
- Yuri Prime (RA2) now has Amphibious Frames and Paradrop Frames
- Added New Idle Anim for Pentagon General
- Crazy Ivan now has Fire Prone Frames & Amphibious Frames
- Chrono Ivan now has Fire Prone Frames & Amphibious Frames
- Chrono Commando has Snow & Desert Version
- Navy SEAL now has "Temperate" Version (Original Brown is now set for Desert)
- Chrono Legionnaire now has fixed Cheer Frames
- Terrorist now has Amphibious Frames
- Added New Paradrop Frame for Desolator,Spy & Boris
- Original Grey Coat Yuri renamed to ycln.shp in Files
- Added a new Yuri with Brown Coat for Psi-Corp Troopers or as Yuri himself.
- Fixed Transparent Issues on Male Snow Soviet Civilian
- Fixed Missing Pixels on Romanov
- Boris now has new Prone Frames for his Flare/Pointer
- Sammy Stallion and Arnie Frankenfurter have improved death animations

Tesla Trooper - Charge Frames
Yuri - Amphibious Frames
Yuri Prime (RA2) - Amphibious Frames
Ivan - Prone & Amphibious Frames
Chrono Ivan - Prone & Amphibious Frames
Engineers - Amphibious Frames
Sniper - Adds Deploy Frames
Chrono Legionnaire - Cheer Frame
Spy - Adds Paradrop Frame
Terrorist - Amphibious Frames
Pentagon General - Adds New Idle Frames
Yuri Dog uses same sequence as the original two.

This pack is cool but you should consider posting the changed sequences so that everybody does not have to do a lot of redundant work. You've posted some of them before anyway.
Notes:
- Ivan does not have the swimming frames. Chrono Ivan does although that does not make sense since he's got a chrono pack to cross water.
- Spy paradrop frame should not have a shadow since he's in the air and the game gives paradropping infantry a seperate shadow. QUICK_EDIT

By the way you should fill in Die3 as well because that is the flying death animation (InfDeath=3) which is used by several warheads. What happens right now is that the infantry just disappears when killed by such a warhead instead of playing an animation. You can just give it the same values as Die1 or Die2. QUICK_EDIT

Wait - wut?! Die3? AFAIK InfDeath=3 triggers InfantryExplode... it might be possible that Die3 applies to NotHuman=yes but I never heard this tag being used before.

Pretty much. The Civilian Female in a bikini had some missing colors since she was wearing blue (WW forgot their render background was also blue...) I fixed up the missing parts.
I've updated it again. I forgot to add the Updated Hollywood Heroes as well as removing redundant copies of some shps.
Arnie,Sammy & Flint now have their own paradrop frames.

Times change. I've made my own set of priorities and my own set of rules... adding Theatre Specific Details would be too much effort if you want it all in. If w'ere going about this the Allies & Soviets should have had a shared attack dog too.
We should have Different breeds for every theater by your logic.
Golden Retrievers for Urban, German Shepherds for Temperate, Dingos for Desert, Green Alien Dogs for Lunar, Huskies for Snow,etc...
When I saw them they weren't to my standards and just breaks the whole aesthetic colors for each faction. On the SEAL its understandable since they're specially trained soldiers for that role and so would be wearing the appropriate clothing. As is Tanya & the Chrono Commando.

For some reason, Cosmonaut seem bug because when not moving their use cheer frame but when moving or attack only their shadown is remain. It's eitheir there what wrong with the shp or it need a new sequense. QUICK_EDIT

Forgot I reordered its sequence as well and gave it a new one.
Its also suggested you add the AirDeathFinishSounds= 3 RocketeerCrash on the Rocketeer's Sequence.
I think you should double check the pack for any shp with new sequence that you forgot to add.

For the Spy you'd just simply need to copy over Swim Frames from another infantry and adjust accordingly to the canvas size of the Spy. I didn't include one for the Spy as it would have required adding Sequences for Swimming and adding ones for every infantry the Spy can grab disguises from. _________________ ~ Excelsior ~ QUICK_EDIT

The Wet Boris is incomplete. There is missing wet attack frames for In-Game North. There is one extra blank frame on the wetdie. Otherwise the sequence is alright. Just change Tread to X,3,3 and Swim to X,5,5

Sorry for reviving this topic, I just thought someone wants it in TS scale and RA2 shadows. And they're probably too lazy to do it, so this should serve them.
I made Atomic's Infantry in TS scale and RA2 shadows for lazy people, but since it's RA2 and most people don't care much about realism in the game (Seriously?! The conscript is bigger than the ztyping tank!!) It might not even be worth posting and bumping this topic for, Just read the .txt file in the .rar, maybe I'm gonna get scolded by a moderator because of this

Maker is WW and Atomic_Noodles, you can credit me for the smaller size Infantry if you want, the shadows are not transparent though. Simple darkened + recolorized version of the Allied Attack Dog to look like a doberman. I don't have a cameo for it but you can probably use the one from MO 2.0's Rabbid Dog.
