Changes on some themes....

Now, all themes show:

- the ammount of uniques (check the botton).
- C&C Top 101


And finally, the following themes were removed:

-> Terayon (it sucked terribly because of its incompatibility with the categories hierarchy and it was terrible to mod it)
-> SubSilver (no comments...)
-> digitaltwilight (use PPM theme instead)


And I made a small fix at SmartDark (which, btw, needs a new logo since it has a wrong address in the current one, "ppm.entexplode.com")
