Updated XCC Content Description File
Figure its about time to post it. After i got XCC compiling i tried to get the tool that make these databases working, once that was working i started filling in the gaps in WW's games.
Place in XCC folder overwriting the original, you should probably delete the global mix cache.dat, it will be rebuilt when starting XCC
Changes:
Bunch of small additions to TS and RA2.
All filenames for WDT.mix on the English version of TS and RA2.
All filenames for the contents in the Mix'es of the Final English Retail of Blade Runner.
Quite a bit of filenames for files in Lands of Lore Guardians of Destiny Mix'es.
LoLG and LoL3 Setup.mix filenames.
LoLG folder and folder content names(yes Mix'es can have folders ).
NoX Setup.mix filenames.
Bunch of RA and TD Mix content filenames.
TD and RA Setup.mix filenames.
All Sole Survivor's Mix content filenames.
Filenames for other language TS version language overwrite file for maps.(What a lovely sentence... Just see https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/58357192/Screenshots/XCC%20Mixer2016_2016-10-30_20-56-47.png )
RA WOLAPI.mix filenames resolved
Two files 9498E004 and 94C4BDFA in MultiMD.mix are resolved now.
Can't really name all the new additions cause there's no way of decently comparing the old database file contents to the description files that the db is made out of. Olaf has made changes as well but he never updated the database file in the installation since 2005
Notes:
LoL3, TS/RA2/Emperor Setup mix content filenames are hashed with the same different method that isn't supported by XCC.
Blade Runner TLK content filenames are hashed with a different method that isn't supported by XCC.
LoLG filenames are hard to figure out because the game makes heavy use of folders.
LoL3 filenames are hashed with a different method that isn't supported by XCC.
42303139 in French RA expand.mix can't be resolved.
27FF53F1 in RA nchires.mix can't be resolved, its possible its in a folder or has some special char like ~ or something.
TODO's:
Still trying to figure out what is the filename for AB147FD5 in TS Conquer.mix
Haven't been able to figure out much of the filenames in FS WDT.mix, surprisingly they aren't the same as RA2's. Two files in MultiMD.mix are yet to be resolved 9498E004 and 94C4BDFA.
5CF0F8DD, EC0FFAE7 and F1BB9645 in WOLAPI.mix are yet to be figured out. Figure out all Sole filenames
Updates are probably to come
Got different C&C game mixes(Original Westwood mixes that is) with unresolved filenames even after using this db?
Link them here! Any non standard files are interesting files.
