Many are not uploaded on PPM
And others are locked in the Chinese forums where I can't even register because everything is incomprehensible...

Nope. Joomla will not be fixed at all, because it was used several times to compromise the site security. What we can do eventually is to figure out where these files are located and let you download it straight from the server. QUICK_EDIT

Shouldn't that account be purged completely for the security threat of being Joomla?
Also, that argtest is outdated and pretty sure lacks the Chinese voxels. It lacks some of them but has ones uploaded before the end of 2013
And why "purging"? If you can acces the files from the server... At least make a zipped file backup and let people download them... even if it is a single big file hosted at the forum, or something. _________________ QUICK_EDIT
Btw, if you are going for some old voxels, even ra2diy.com, the Chinese forum you referred to, is not a good place to find them.
Something got screwed several years ago there, making finding old files extremely difficult (the files of the attachments from older posts had their filename wrong and literally got swapped with each other.
Although ra2diy.com is much more silent than ppmsite nowadays, most of the Chinese modders, especially voxel makers, don't post on ppmsite, so it's still a great place to find new stuff, if you have an account, and is proficient in Chinese. (To prevent Chinese noobs, visitors without an account, or with newly-created account, can't download attachments here.)
Anyway now large mods usually have a group of developers able to create/edit high-quality voxels...Maybe the lack of public voxels is not that much of issue now. _________________ Aka DirtyChicken QUICK_EDIT

I thought it was clear I am not proficient in Chinese, ... and it is nearly impossible for a westerner to understand written chinese, as even for natives is much harder.
And the google translations of Chinese still suck.
But their voxels and specially conversions are so good
YRarg was good for old voxels... its archive went back all the way to 2003. With resizing, automatic recoloring and renormalization, those voxels would be good as new in ten seconds.
If PPM people have a copy and the files, they should release it, NOT delete it. _________________ QUICK_EDIT
I also agree that they should not be removed, they could be just mirrored here or available here for download if possible. That site had big potency, especially since it had both new and old versions.
But Joomla! Not just that it sounds funny, but it became unsafe like kids coded it for fun. PPM has all the files of this argtest excluding the Dreadnaught. Already. Scattered in the VXL topics.

that joomla site has some interesting voxels i havnt found on ppm yet, and ive spent about a week trawling through the vxl packs on ppm, still that joomla site doesnt let me download anything, but i use it as a nice inspiration for making models. QUICK_EDIT
Most of these sauces can be found with a simple search function on PPM. If not PPM, most of these can be found on Revora, YR Argentina or the web. Here I have provided the links of some stuff that you might want that need some work to find it.
