what tool do you use, Atomic?
I'm using SHP Builder but it's very difficult to do complex jobs like this.

I don't see much difference aside from the smoother animations, otherwise good job, what do you use to improve animations and infantry? OS SHP Builder by hand?

Import to Photoshop using a Custom Palette. Edit each frame by hand.For this one it had shadows which ended up anti-aliased as well as remap that didn't render fully. Usually when importing frames the remap will get converted to the Soviet Brick colors as well which is why I used a custom palette.

For the Custom Palette I use a Pure RGB Green for the Transparency Mask and then remap is changed to pure RGB Blue. This allows me to spot broken remap as well.
