Subject description: Updating via the DTA Launcher ends with the launcher frozen

First of all, fantastic work on everything once again!

Now, both when I tried to download the big update of 173mb and when I now try and download this tiny update of 3mb, the process seems to freeze/hang when the download is complete and it pulls up the "clientupdt.dat" command-window.

I can still hear the Launcher's music just fine, but the C&C logo is whited-out, with the spinning loading icon if I hover my mouse over it.

If I crash/force-quit the .dat, the launcher is still going on in the background requiring me to kill the process in Task Manager.

If I then start up the Launcher anew, it prompts that there is a new update available and it seems none of the downloaded files where actually applied.

In the end, I had to download the file directly from Moddb.

I am running a Windows 10 64-bit machine.
I am not getting any error messages nor can find any logs.
I have tried disabling my anti-virus, but to no avail.

If it still happens, force-quit the client itself instead of clientupdt.dat.
