How to have warhead's AnimList cover building

When hitting a larger building the warhead explosion is always covered by the building.
I tried YSortAdjust and ZSortAdjust with large pos/neg numbers but still can't cover the building

I believe the tag you're looking for is Layer=top on the animation.
