FireUp=18 ;wait for 18 frames to fire primary
SecondaryFire=10 ;wait for 10 frames to fire secondary

When the following two events happen at the same time it cause the glitch, that is, primary doesn't wait for the frames specified by FireUp and you can barely see it plays its primary sequence:
a) reloading finished the ammo is enough to launch primary
b) secondary is still waiting for frames specified by SecondaryFire _________________
