Infantry can't attack?

So I made a new infantry after downloading an infantry shp here. I copied the codes from the Initiate, including its PsychicJab weapon, just for testing the infantry shp. The weird thing is the it's not attacking. Yes I can order it to attack but it just only stares at it.

The rules code is completely similar to the Initiate and its art code is:

Under [Initiate2Sequence], you have "Fireup" with a lower-case 'u' instead of "FireUp" with an upper-case 'U'.

The infantry won't be able to attack if the weapon range is too low. You could use PrimaryFireFLH= with a high forward value like you have for the key you commented out to compensate for that (and if it's not enough you can either further increase that or raise the weapon range).
