could someone tell me whats wrong with this code

I have fixed the mistakes in the code, but it hasnt made any difference at all. Im not using any patches such as ares or npatch since im a newbie in modding and am still learning as time goes by.

Its basically an airpad taken off the allied airforce command since having to keep building the radar annoys me so i just wanted the pad to have planes land on QUICK_EDIT
I wonder if i was to take GAAIRC_A animation and was to rename it to AAHPAD_A and use it, would it make a difference as i have tried few ways now, but it has still not appeared in my taskbar as of now
final update. i finally got the code working. i am not gonna question why but few things don't make sense but it is what it is. i want to thank everyone who helped me spot few mistakes i did have i'm my code and people contributing to my mod in any shape or form.
