Soviets and Yuri don't attack

Another AI problem, FUN!

Anyways the Allies are working just fine, they're attacking right etc the Soviets and Yuri on the other hand just won't attack, they'll build they're base then just stay idle and defend w/ their starting troops (Soviets actually sometimes build some extra Flak Troopers and Conscript to patrol round the base)

For the harvesterr I added a new harvester [PHANTOM], it works fine-ish but when they exit a war factory they go to the nearest ore, then back to the war factory and stand there I have to manually put them on a mission.

Here's my RulesMD, for AIMD I didn't edit it when the problem arose

EDIT: Actually Allies don't work too they just sometimes send airstrikes lol this is fun

Why did you remove UseMinDefenseRule, set it to yes or no. You haven't done any side specific changes that would affect one side or the other.

Don't ally with the AI as human player meaning don't keep those in same team as you and then test on hard/brutal.
