Skull Animation
A skull animation from RA. For color authenticity, it is encoded in "palette.pal", so the animation's use in RA2/YR is restricted to Ares. There are two versions: one in which the same areas are transparent as are transparent in the animation in RA, which means that, when facing the skull frontally, it is possible to view what is behind the animation, even though the inside of the skull should block the view, and one in which this flaw is corrected. On a second thought, the gaping jaws are also intransparent in the second version, although it would probably be more realistic if these were transparent. This might get fixed in subsequent version.
