[ASSET] Gatling Cannon robot from State of War

This is an imitation of the Gatling Cannon robot from State of War.

The vanilla YR engine is incapable of rendering an animating body with
an animating turret concurrently. When the unit is moving, both will be
animated. When the unit is firing but not moving, usually but not
always, the turret will be motionless. I have given up.
