In what ways can the altitude of gas clouds be modified?
Gas clouds drift down to just above the lowest ground level, but will never drift up high up or move from lower to higher ground. Is there a way to modify the way gas clouds are influenced by gravity and the altitude at which they drift? _________________

-gas clouds random movement is hardcoded
-they deal damage vs ground only
-they can't draw a shadow
-they read the SHP directly (no art.ini setting can change their appearance)

--Fire: needing a 4 facing specific shp (the other facings are mirrored). can move only in a straight line outgoing from the spawning system towards the target
--gas: can mutate infantry. moves randomly around. can use NextParticle to change into another one
--smoke: can't do damage. moves upwards
