I'm not sure how to use it properly, I never get the results I want with it. I have a building from RA2 (unittem.pal) that I want to convert to the TS temperate theater palette (isotem.pal), but the colors still get screwed up.

The help file explains how you can use it... but since you're probably lazy to look at it, here's a small explanation:

1) Get into the Palette Converter

2) Click on browse and select isotem.pal (the palette that you want your SHP converted to).

3) Now, remove the colours 16..31 from the the colours to spare list. Leave only the colour #0 on it.

4) Select 3D RGB Full Difference on the CCM options.

5) Click OK and have fun!
