[3.x < 3.4] Error When Deleting Frames

Ok, this error happens when you delete the last frame on an SHP while viewing it. It throws out this error and keeps popping up more and more error boxes.

This bug has been confirmed and it possibly happens in all versions of OS/BS SHP Builder... I'll make a "protection against last frame" to sort it...
