Why not do more than C&C?

I had an idea I've been wanting to do for a while now; We don't have to mod just C&C. We could go on to edit other games just as Warcraft III and even Starcraft 2 if it comes out. But the MAJOR question is, do we keep to strategy games? I think we should, at least until we get a bigger team. If we had about 30 active members (you never know, might happen) we might be able to mod games like Half-Life, Renegade, and other non strategy titles.

But anyway.. the point of this thread was, after we finish Final Dawn, let's consider moving away from C&C. We all know TS is dead anyway... this mod is just for fun.

Hmmm... but I won't think about Warcraft 3 in the moment because I don't have it and I wouldn't have time to work on it... anyway, I'll create a warcraft 3 chat forum for ya...

Actually, I was thinking of making new category for Game chat. Doing that now.

Also, WC3 mods would be good, since it's nice and new. Not many out right now, so we'd not have to compete for attention.

HL modding is not going very far. An HL mod is a 2year thing, and by then we hope HL2 will be out, besides, DX2 is coming out in Q2 2003, so if we wanted to mod an FPS, that'd be the game. Also, NWN can be modded...
