Why is this forum so dead?  I  just wanted to bring it back to life.  does anyone have a locomotor.ini that speeds everything up?

Well, ppl registered here to mod especially TS, then RA2/YR and RA, but no one is interesed in modding generals. 2Bad that's what I have to say.

No, but you simply need to edit the Speed= and SpeedDamaged= from each of them... it should take about 5 minutes to do it. However, this creates some distortion in the game speed. If you wanna speed up everything, your work shouldn't be restricted to locomotor.ini.
