If you visit the site he linked, you'd find out that they have one RA2:YR mod that will have 3 sides: USA, Russia and China. It would feature:

   * New units and a new way of fighting
   * Urban warfare improved
   * Each faction has their own specialities, weapons and weaknesses
   * Trench warfare?


But there was a topic in their forums asking if it would be better to move it to ZH, so they probably moved that to ZH.

Anyway, KidA, if you are interested on being hosted here (site and forums), PM me and we can develop a nice Generals/ZH community in this place.
