Shadow converter

Well, some sort of shadow converter between ra2 and ts. So that it converts 12 to 01 and puts it after the animation. This would be a very usefull feature. though, if an infantry uses 12 in the infantry itself, then you would have to do some editing to that. But its worth it!

I don't know if I brought this one to 3.34, but it's implemented ages ago in the scrapped 3.4. If I haven't added in SHP Builder yet, I should be adding it in the next version.
