The program can export TGA files, 90 files rotating 4 degrees each time. You have to manualy make them into an animation. They are also very large due to them being tga files. (hence why i delete the tga files after i make an animation. They go into the screenshots dir which si created by the program)

You can also take "single" screenshots.

Note: this is a feature of the unreleased version.

i don't know how to write bitmaps from scratch(the tga screenshot thing is a modification of the "Quake 2 Delphi" conversion of Quake 2 to Delphi, with my modifications to it so it works under delphi).

Anyway another 3d animation, this time flata.vxl with a purple remap

i might b able to make a viewer that could view voxels with turrets(this isa big might) but i doubt it would b easy to do with VXLSE without making the refreshing of the 3d view slow as hell. (on a viewer there is only one "refresh" when the file(s) are loaded, with VXLSE it updates after every change...)

could you tell me or post an algorithm about how to make the remaps (I need for cameo generator and I could use it for preview as well)? because some of the colours like purple doesnt seems to be in unittem.pal palettes, so I would need to emulate them... what's the trick on this?

the palette is untouched...... When the 3d view decides what colour it is it check to see if its a remap (16-32) if it is then it sets it to the current remap colour.

I called it a "purple remap" cos the remapable colours were changed to purple "on the fly" without interfearing with the palette.(only applys to the 3d view)
