Can you make what when vehicles turret can shoot somewhere(by triger) while the rest of car moving?

Every vehicle must stop in order to shoot, maybe by trigger by making a firing animation play at a certain point, but other than that, no.

not every vechine needs to stop to shot yesterday someone did a tactic called Q walk where there titans shoot while moving but i have no idea how they do that do any of you lot know?

Ctrl - Alt - left click sends a unit into Patrol Mode, whereby it will scan for (and actively engage) enemies while travelling towards the specified destination.

I think something like a trigger for chaning the units status into patrol mode, and then a normal move trigger.

And that just boils down to AI Script actions Move to waypoint and Patrol to waypoint.
